Task #5:  HEAT PROJECT: (This is an ON-GOING Project)

*Please CHOOSE ONE from the following Project Ideas and complete by:

January 26, 2010. 

You may select a group of 3-4 people for this Project.  This can be ANY student from any of my other classes!  ; )

#1.  Research, design, and build a solar heating panel for

the Science classroom.

#2.  Which colors will absorb the most heat:
*Design a house for someone who lives near the Equator and another house for someone who lives near the Poles.

#3.  How does a radiator heat the room:
*Based on your knowledge of heat, design and

build a scale model of a room and locate the radiators.


*BE CREATIVE ON THESE PROJECTS AND FEEL FREE TO CONSULT WITH ME ON ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT IDEAS OR MATERIALS!
